- Very well established Japanese headquartered Personal Care company|Drive global growth of the business outside of Japan
- Develop and implement a comprehensive international business development strategy that supports the company's growth objectives and drives revenue.
- Establish and manage relationships with key partners, distributors, and customers across the world to expand the company's reach and increase sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market trends to drive innovation and differentiation in the company's product offerings.
- Build and lead a high-performing international sales team that is focused on achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure successful execution of international business initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop and manage the international business development budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Bilingual with native level Japanese and fluent English
- Experience in international business development, sales, and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and expanding international operations and driving sales growth.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG or personal care industry and market trends, with experience in cosmetics, skincare, or haircare preferred
- Experience managing international teams and working with distributors and partners across multiple geographies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
