Senior Retail Operations Associate

Casetify is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and passionate Senior Retail Operations Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating retail operational functions of the direct stores in the network and supporting the team, including the store managers in development of the business so as to achieve the preset goals and deliver desired results. He/she is also responsible for planning and executing retail related projects to keep customer retention and loyalty in retail.

Job Description

• Analyze weekly store sales, report and share insight to related parties
• Work closely with HQ retail / business development team, plan and execute new colabs launch
  

at stores inc. VM plan / system setup / inventory management.

• Plan general and new opening store VM, inventory and system set up.
• Corporate with HQ technical team, support technical issues and inquiries from stores.
• Support retail marketing / Campaigns
• Manage Japan wholesale partners
• Control and maintain the approved annual store budget for the whole retail operations
• Monitor the operation status of the stores and provide recommendations or solutions to improve the retail operation regularly to the Retail Manager
• Ensure that all operation activities are compliant with the Group Policies & Procedures and with the local legal frame.
• Liaise with outside vendors with regard to any maintenance needs of the stores and ensure stores are maintained to company standard and all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail manager to execute ad hoc projects and related administrative work
  

Skills & Experience:

Fluent in Japanese, business level in English in verbal and written communication skills.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Retail Operations (VM planning, merchandising etc)
• Experience in project management, e-commerce or consumer products is preferred
• Passionate about technology, fashion and lifestyle brands
• Analytical mind set, detail oriented, good with numbers and capable to optimize the available
  

resources

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changes
• Ability to handle multi tasks at once
• Highly logical, systematic and organized
• Strong project and time management skills
