Job Opportunities! AVP Business Development (Tokyo) We are currently recruiting a AVP for Business Development for a client in who is a leading e-commerce and logistic player. Working location: Tokyo, Japan Candidate who speaks native Japanese and with experience in global Key account management preferred. Job descriptions: ·       Achieve assigned annual financial and sales strategic budget to grow business volume, revenue and profitably through acquisition of new customers and development of existing business. ·       Proactively hunt new business – identify, prospecting and establish solid relationship with target clientele directorship and C-level stakeholders in key decision making. ·       Deploy strong consultative selling approach to customers and develop value propositions that drive business growth and increased market share. ·       Steer, develop and equip country KAM/SME Telesales/After Sales and vertical industry sales with skill sets to aggressively sell and expand business. ·       Maintain quality account business information in CRM tools (Salesforce) for analytics on business KPI such as volume, revenue, conversion rate and etc. Job requirements ·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with Min 5 years in sales and business development, preferably in the e-commerce and/or logistics fields/Multi-modal Logistic Sales. ·       Proven track record of sales performance. ·       Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ·       Communication skills and command of written/spoken English ·       Native speaking in Japanese is a MUST. ·       Good consultative sales techniques and well-developed negotiation skills. ·       Strong Business presentation, comfortable to manage a group of 5-10 people ·       Able to manage internal stakeholders and customers ·       Able to travel frequent with occasionally within Japan or Internationally.
