Shulamit Yard is a historic farmhouse from the 19th century. Located in Rosh Pina, 11 mi from the Sea of Galilee, it offers a pool and air-conditioned rooms. Shulamit's Yard is one of those places where you pay not only for the stay but for the whole experience as well. Everything in our stay actually exceeded our expectations - the place itself which was beautifully renovated but kept the historic atmosphere, cosy rooms with modern facilities and garden where you can pick yourself fruit and make a fresh juice right away. But the best was our wonderful host, Tamar, told us about the place and its history and cooked us not less than the brilliant breakfast.

Unique destination property; not even there long enough to take advantage of the many facilities they have for customer enjoyment. Lovely rustic areas with quaint gardens. Magnificent views from lookout points high above or high up in the town. Nice place to spend time just meandering along streets and lanes. Conveniently situated to get to Agam Hula bird reserve and other exciting destinations in the Galil and Golan areas.
Old and small town with a lot of character. Lots of accommodation at different price levels. A good base for hiking in the Upper Galilee and the Golan Heights. In the city and region, there are a number of good restaurants as well as many wineries with visitor centers.
Great centre for touring the north of Israel. Do not miss the interesting history of the old town of Rosh Pina, then visit old Safed. Many historic/ biblical sites in the area as well as wineries. near to the Hula Valley nature reserve as well as all areas around Lake Kinneret. Spoilt for choice
Beautiful town. A perfect base for exploration of the Galilee and Golan Heights regions. Very close to Tsfat. Hula nature preserve was a highlight. We wish we had more time in the region. The landscape and vistas are stunning.
If you want a break from the fast-paced side of Israel, and need some peace and quiet - then Rosh Pinna is a must. Very close to the tourist sites in Safed and Galilee, but feels like you're a world away. I've traveled to 43 countries, and Rosh Pinna is one of my favorite places on Earth. This was our second visit - and I will definitely be coming back to Hamieri Estate.
We were there to visit family, so that colored our impression of the town. We walked around a bit, but the town is on a very steep hill, so getting from the newer, shopping section to the old section (with the galleries and historical buildings) really required a car. We mostly ate at Israeli-style fast food (shwarma, humus, shnitzel), pretty forgettable. We did an escape room with our two grown children (19 and 21) in the industrial section of town which was a lot of fun, particularly on a hot day. Rosh Pina has a very pleasant climate in June, a cool breeze at night even on the hottest day. The Kinneret is not too far, as well as rafting on the Jordan River.
