Edit: you guys think the first couple on that sub are bad, wait till you scroll a bit further and see the ones that are infested with roaches 🪳

Edit2: sort by top of all time for mice n roaches… you’re welcome. And for everyone telling me you hate me, I hate you all too lol

[–]AngelOfDeath771 726 points727 points  (34 children)

I refuse to click that. I hate messy cars.

[–]SeasonedSteak1 294 points295 points  (18 children)

Do it! Do it! You’ll appreciate your clean car much more

[–]AngelOfDeath771 314 points315 points  (9 children)

Oh my god I hate you. I'm subscribed to it, but I hate you.

[–]SlayerOfUAC 45 points46 points  (0 children)

Omg I hate it and I also subscribed.

[–]Lynchilada0520 4174 points4175 points  (184 children)

That’s the last time they’d borrow my car

[–]ThisIsNotTokyo 3433 points3434 points 323 (92 children)

That's the last time they'll be my partner

[–]MisterEinc 909 points910 points  (51 children)

Yeeeaaah I think there are a lot of underlying issues if OP was caught off guard by this.

[–]dk_lee_writing 292 points293 points  (11 children)

Hey at least they got some upvotes out of their dysfunctional relationship!

[–]holliexchristopher 141 points142 points  (21 children)

I think there are a lot of underlying issues if the response is to post to Reddit rather than have a sincere and respectful conversation with the partner.

[–]MisterEinc 52 points53 points  (9 children)

The plot thickens.

What if OP is really just a slob?

[–]slowmotto 29 points30 points  (2 children)

I would drive my car into the ocean “Wave of Mutilation” style

[–]love_that_robot 15 points16 points  (1 child)

You'd absolutely be able to sail away with all the plastic here.

[–][deleted]  (57 children)

    [–]Lynchilada0520 265 points266 points  (16 children)

Yeah it’s not even the mess itself but the idea it’s appropriate to return it that way for me. Just yikes

    [–]kd5nrh 144 points145 points  (7 children)

This. Hell, my car is a mess, but if I borrow somebody else's, I give it back cleaner than I got it, with at least as much gas as was in it before, too.

    [–]RazorBikeGoVroom 276 points277 points  (17 children)

This is the last time I’d associate with someone.

    [–]cruisegal224 1663 points1664 points  (35 children)

Okay, so I sometimes leave bottles and stuff in my car but I would NEVER leave my partners car like that. Like, cmon man

    [–]stumac85 310 points311 points  (16 children)

I drive for a living and a little bit of rubbish can build up over the working week but that's madness for a few days!

    [–]nezzthecatlady 132 points133 points  (2 children)

Heck, I drive a school bus and I don’t think I see that much garbage in a week. 162 literal children get on and off my bus every day. They suck at picking up after themselves but still manage to generate less trash than this.

    [–]SquanchMcSquanchFace 6 points7 points  (1 child)

What’s the life of a school bus driver like? What do you do between the school routes? Is it hard? Is it decent pay?

    [–]nezzthecatlady 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I’m a college student so I go to classes between routes, run errands, or take a nap. Sometimes I pick up a few hours at my weekend job.

If it’s hard is complicated. The driving itself? No, once you develop your spatial awareness and learn the bus’s limits it becomes almost second nature. The kids? Absolutely lol. Kids have a lot going on and don’t always respond well to being reminded of rules or not getting their way. You do get fun tidbits though! I currently have a Rubik’s cube black market on my bus. They buy, sell, and rate different Rubik’s cubes. I also had an eight year old tell me goodnight today by saying, “Now you be good, stay out of trouble, kid.”

Pay is pretty good! Minimum wage in my state is $7.25 and I make $22/hour. At the district I work for, brand new drivers make $20/hour and they train you, pay you for training, and you generally work as a driver’s assistant during that time.

    [–]ImplementFickle2854 39 points40 points  (0 children)

My car is a fucking disaster.... but its my car. I would never dream of doing this in a vehicle I was borrowing

    [–]Pixel_Taco 6636 points6637 points  (439 children)

Fuck me were those all bought at gas stations? your partner isn't exactly a financial guru eh OP?

    [–]kt-gd[S] 3745 points3746 points  (401 children)

    Correct and correct!

    [–]PipeDownNerd 2681 points2682 points  (309 children)

You’re going to get a lot of negative feedback towards your partner here, obviously.

Is there anything your partner does that they excel at?

    [–]IPThereforeIAm 3216 points3217 points 644 (114 children)

    Yes, trashing cars.

    [–]woolyearth 935 points936 points 2 (98 children)

i will say, atleast they are not throwing the shit out the window. Those are the worst kind of people

    [–]Lick_The_Wrapper 607 points608 points  (82 children)

True. At 17, I would get mad at my friends for doing that and would yell and lecture them. Now at 25, if anyone in my car litters in front of me, they're getting kicked out.

    [–]woolyearth 222 points223 points  (67 children)

so proud of you! me and a couple friends just spent most of quarantine 2020 and this past summer on kayaks, cleaning up like 5-6football fields worth of absolute nasty ass trash and people’s litter. I absolutely hate what we are doing to this world and letting the CEO’s and big businesses continue and “recycling” centers acting like they recycle. I think it’s estimated only 9% of all turned in recycling actually gets recycled. Its sad. Really ducking sad. We found a box spring and mattress and a 1989 ford car engine in a creek tho. Felt good hauling that fucker to the junk yard. i sent the city a itemized bill and pics to back it up. City council laughed at me and said NEXT! smh.

    [–]bbates024 113 points114 points  (47 children)

In Phoenix they are talking about stopping recycling all together because it isn't profitable.

We started buying milk from a dairy because they reuse the bottles, 2 dollar deposit.

    [–]ICBanMI 33 points34 points  (16 children)

Phoenix has had this problem for years. Basically, recycling is subsidized and the spread out distances between everything makes collection prohibitively expensive. They aren't recycling the overwhelming majority of it, and are instead packaging it up and selling it to other countries. The most recent issuse is the tariffs with China and a few other countries have limited what is being sold. Some of that is still being sold, but it's got to be more pristine stuff.

Recycling anything other than bottles and a few items are a joke. When you consider that we're just putting a bunch of it on super polluting ships and shipping it halfway across the world.

    [–]bbates024 9 points10 points  (5 children)

It's like SimCity paying people to take your trash. Except it's much more serious in real life.

    [–]JustALilLonelyKitty 1005 points1006 points  (67 children)

I know it’s only been an hour… but the silence is deafening lol

    [–]bobcat9d_ 198 points199 points  (37 children)

    Lol omg

    [–]PillowTalk420 265 points266 points  (35 children)

OP's totally re-evaluating their life right now because of y'all.

    [–]Rabbi_Tuckman38 15 points16 points  (0 children)

They probably already were. Just needed affirmation.

    [–]Walmart_Warrior_420 21 points22 points  (2 children)

Hopefully will post a picture of how clean the new partner is

    [–][deleted]  (43 children)

      [–]kayisforcookie 139 points140 points  (10 children)

Thats just sad. I remember my husband dropped his tablet. All he does on it is play some magic the gathering app occasionally. But I got mine and gave it to him. He works hard to support our family and I love and appreciate him. It wasnt a new tablet or anything. But it was able to run his game. He tried to tell me he didnt want to take anything that was mine. Lol I always thought that being selfless and sharing was what relationships are about. Makes me sad that people just use it as another way to make themselves the center of the universe.

      [–]Neuchacho 55 points56 points  (2 children)

I always thought that being selfless and sharing was what relationships are about.

It's definitely what they're supposed to be about. It is, unfortunately, not how many people approach them.

      [–][deleted]  (1 child)

        [–]Annieone23 18 points19 points  (3 children)

        OP is Morgan Proctor

        [–]bobcat9d_ 33 points34 points  (0 children)

        I love this take

        [–]spmo22 11 points12 points  (0 children)

        I like that attitude

        [–]kt-gd[S] 29 points30 points  (10 children)

Apparently people are awaiting a response for this - to be honest the number of comments on this post is massively overwhelming so I didn't know where to start! I completely agree with the negative feedback towards this trash heap, and I did tell him that it's disgusting and unacceptable - considering my car was not cheap as well. But yes, he does excel in many other aspects in life and we have been together nearly 6 years, so that should say something.

        [–]dinobug77 96 points97 points  (43 children)

So much plastic too! Buy him a reusable water bottle please!

Although by the sounds of it he’d use once then leave in your car.

        [–]tressforsuccess 9 points10 points  (3 children)

        Your partner might have diabetes

        [–]Public_Leek_7406 8721 points8722 points  (1106 children)

How is this amount of trash even possible after a couple days sheesh at this point he’s going out of his way to trash your car

        [–]kt-gd[S] 4279 points4280 points  (864 children)

It’s the pinnacle of laziness is what it is.

        [–]FatAssInLatin 844 points845 points  (65 children)

Not just laziness but complete disrespect to anyone. If he thinks that giving you car back in this state is ok, he has some issues.

        [–]prplehailstorm 307 points308 points  (12 children)

I agree. I borrowed my ex’s car for a week once when he went out of town. I gave it back cleaner than I found it with a full tank of gas. If it’s not yours you don’t get to trash it.

        [–]kornbread435 123 points124 points  (5 children)

I was raised to always fill up the tank after borrowing any car.

        [–]4me2TrollU 12 points13 points  (2 children)

I can relate. I was raised to fill up the tank when stealing cars.

        [–]Nyamelon 2039 points2040 points  (249 children)

Bruh that's like picking up a garbage can and dumping it inside the car, there's just to much

        [–]pomegranate_ 763 points764 points  (235 children)

Yeah there are like ~15 bottles there, maybe a week at best but not a couple days

        [–]Dirtyhippee 732 points733 points  (158 children)

You smell BS as well ? I mean my car is in a similar mess and that did not happen over a few days. It takes patience and commitment (and nobody else using it)

        [–]colieoliepolie 226 points227 points  (102 children)

I smell BS how is this possible after a few days. I need more information. Was it a few day road trip where the friend that borrowed it LIVED inside the car for those three days…because that’s the only way I can see this being even close to possible.

        [–]ohhhshitwaitwhat 191 points192 points  (63 children)

My guess is that the person is morbidly obese and consumes 5k calories a day in beverages alone.

        [–]tiramichu 74 points75 points  (29 children)

“I don't like the taste of water“

        [–]Maile2000 13 points14 points  (22 children)

I have that problem and get dehydrated a lot. It helps to squeeze some lemon into the water. Much easier to drink it that way.

        [–]shaneedlin99 12 points13 points  (11 children)

Water makes me stomach so uneasy unless I am really dehydrated or hot. I love it though and tend to drink it fast so that might contribute as well.

        [–]catlord78 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Pump is a brand of water so this dude is definitely drinking plenty of water.

        [–]dirtydownstairs 87 points88 points  (12 children)

I forget there are people like that

        [–]DirtzMaGertz 35 points36 points  (8 children)

Guys that work construction and drive to work sites could definitely do this over a few days. A lot of those guys basically live out of gas stations during the week.

When I worked construction in my early 20's I would rip through liquids. I could easily go through a couple bottles of water, an energy drink, and a diet coke without even thinking about it. Throw in a shitty lunch in the car from one of the closest stations to the job and it adds up quick.

        [–]ONLY_COMMENTS_ON_GW 78 points79 points  (5 children)

Get a fucking water bottle lol, what a waste

        [–]Any-Passenger-3877 95 points96 points  (47 children)

Even if they lived in the car for the entire couple of days, that's still too many. Gonna have a hard time convincing me they didn't go out of their way to find trash to put in the car.

        [–]MietschVulka1 38 points39 points  (10 children)

OP didnt state that the partner used the car alone. Maybe a roadtrip with your homies and you easily get that amount of trash in a couple of days if you just dont throw away your waste

        [–]Ozryela 19 points20 points  (3 children)

Okay but all the trash is in the front passenger seat. So either his homies sat in the back (weird) or they threw all the trash on themselves.

        [–]leppy23 91 points92 points  (29 children)

Lived with a guy who did construction work. My car would look like this inside of three days.

Last time it happened I treated him like a toddler, handed him the bin and stood over him while he picked it up.

        [–]upsidedownfunnel 36 points37 points  (5 children)

Not that I could drink that much soda in a few days but it’s possible they went on a really long road trip. That’s the only way this is somewhat acceptable. Even then this would have to be right when they got back and they’d be cleaning it up right away after getting back. Which doesn’t sound like is the actual case.

        [–]Nyamelon 40 points41 points  (3 children)

Clean it up at each stop for gas, they have trash cans by most gas pumps

        [–]Disastrous-Soup-5413 450 points451 points  (316 children)

Some people will never really pick up after themselves. This is the future for your home and car. Differences in cleaning habits is a very big reason why people get divorced or break up. Since you cannot change a person, you may want to find a solution for it now that works for both of you. One suggestion is to have the partner set up & pay for a regular cleaning service?

        [–]kt-gd[S] 307 points308 points  (307 children)

Good call on that. Yeah I’m always picking up after him in the home too, so this image isn’t surprising

        [–]Aff_Reddit 180 points181 points  (9 children)

I'm lazy, this image is just disrespect.

There's a 0% chance I'd ever leave anything more than a straw wrapper in my wifes car.

They are literally treating your property like a garbage can. What does that say about how they think of you?

        [–]GodfatherLanez 68 points69 points  (6 children)

Yeah I’m lazy as fuck and when my partner goes away the house gets real messy but you best believe I clean the fuck out of it before they get back home.

        [–]LicoriceSucks 868 points869 points 2 (216 children)

That’s not laziness though, that’s disrespect. You can be lazy about the state of your own stuff but when you do that to someone else’s? “This is how little I respect you.”

        [–]Butlerian_Jihadi 287 points288 points  (85 children)

This. Don't waste your time, energy, or life with someone who doesn't respect you and doesn't respect themselves.

        [–]User_492006 27 points28 points  (3 children)

Let me guess, dishes left in the sink till they attract flies because "they're not all my dishes so I shouldn't have to clean them up"?

Food waste/packaging just left out on the counter all night?

Trash piled up in the trash can until you literally have to stack it to keep from falling on the floor?

        [–]orthopod 21 points22 points  (1 child)

So just put it in his car

        [–]EatThisNotcat 12 points13 points  (1 child)

When you’ve been cleaning up after a grown ass adult for years and years one day you will be so tired and so resentful that you will wonder why you stayed. This is a red flag.

        [–]AndromedanPrince 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Fuck that, stop babysitting and find a real man.

        [–]1MolassesIsALotOfAss 37 points38 points  (8 children)

Your partner needs a refillable water bottle.

        [–]DrMobius0 25 points26 points  (2 children)

Laziness alone doesn't explain the sheer volume. How much is a "couple of days" that he goes through that much soda and other assorted bottled drinks? Like I'm lazy as fuck. Couldn't tell you the last time I cleaned anything inside my car. My car doesn't look like a budding hoarder's nest, though.

        [–]BornOnFeb2nd 34 points35 points  (1 child)

I'll be the first to admit that I'm lazy... I owned a car for five years and never "cleaned" the inside of it....

It never got even remotely this bad. If I had a couple of empties flopping around the passenger seat, I'd throw them out at the gas station while filling up.

Doesn't matter whether this partner is romantic, or business....

This is a red flag being waved in your face.

        [–]Dr_imfullofshit 21 points22 points  (1 child)

Why they fuck do they keep buying bottled water?? Not to mention how much soda they're drinking. It's like they're determined to trash both the environment and their own body as quick as possible.

        [–]ThatAltAccount99 63 points64 points  (4 children)

Pls don't marry him until he changes this shit

        [–]techieguyjames 32 points33 points  (13 children)

My brother is capable of the same thing. He now keeps a grocery store bag in his car.

        [–]dan_man420 21 points22 points  (9 children)

Bro this dude need an industrial size garbage compactor in that car not a grocery bag

        [–]acalagaca 161 points162 points  (42 children)

        Looks staged.

        [–]throwsrug 56 points57 points  (14 children)

Kind of, it’s really hard to believe that someone would do this in a matter of days.

        [–]DarkBlueColorCrayon 155 points156 points  (12 children)

My ex did that to me once too. He borrowed my car for a week.

The damage was at least 10 times worse than your photo, add to it a lot of used tissues that turned brown and food leftovers. It was disgusting.

He refused to clean it, stating that it wasn’t his car anyway and that it wasn’t that bad, then yelled at me for being angry and “overreacting”.

I’m so glad I bumped that abusive fat shit

        [–]coffeeblood126 18 points19 points  (3 children)

That's super horrible. I would've dumped him but threw all of that trash onto his bed or something first.

        [–]Vegetable-Curve-8136 908 points909 points  (81 children)

will they be cleaning it? or is that somehow your job

        [–]kt-gd[S] 1308 points1309 points  (80 children)

        I made him do it!

        [–]EnvyHill 2716 points2717 points 7956& 22 more (24 children)

        You’re such a good mom!

        [–]LadyAzure17 76 points77 points  (0 children)

Oh shit dude, this entire post is just hilarious 😳🍿

        [–]elsieburgers 157 points158 points  (0 children)

Oh shit. Is there a burn clinic nearby?

        [–]Head_Contest_4149 44 points45 points  (0 children)

Hello, 911? I’d like to report a double homicide.

        [–]biscuitandmilk 159 points160 points  (29 children)

This is a lot of plastic waste for a few days and ONE person

        [–]Bazingabowl 82 points83 points  (10 children)

Yup. Now consider how many millions of people go about living their lives producing waste in this way every day. It's no surprise our oceans have giant islands of trash, and there's still high demand for global warming producing practices. We're fucked as a planet.

        [–]upsidedownbackwards 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It's so gross how much plastic there is. I make at least half a garbage bag a week of just plastics. Red peppers come in a plastic clamshell now!

        [–]Standard_Owl_2808 4889 points4890 points 3& 2 more (135 children)

No one who respects you would do that.

        [–]dbx99 1712 points1713 points  (81 children)

        They don’t even respect themselves

        [–]CratesManager 432 points433 points  (15 children)

Here is the thing, i don't respect myself but if i borrowed something i would clean it and if i had a guest i would hide it. Shit like that is ridiculous and the only excuse would be if you're so lost in this world that you can't care, but weirdly enough there's people that are doing just fine but think it's okay to do this because noone ever told them otherwise and they can't think for themselves.

        [–]icymonsters 281 points282 points  (10 children)

Well it sounds like you’re pretty good person. A person you should respect!

        [–]TheEndIGuesss 75 points76 points  (5 children)

You sir just openend my heart. I struggle with self respect a lot, insecurity. I felt with the comment you replied to, I’d act like that to. Your comment made me look at myself from another perspective, I’ll try to respect myself some more from time to time!

        [–]pavilionbo 5 points6 points  (1 child)

I'm struggling with self-acceptance, and what helped me is viewing myself as another person who also is deserving of basic love and respect. Treat people based on how you would like to treat yourself. If they are still assholes to you, then they don't deserve the amount of respect you have for yourself as well, which is to say, you respect yourself enough to establish the boundary.

        [–]danny_ish 358 points359 points  (43 children)

Yup. Who tf drinks 7 cokes and 4 pumps, fast food, and what likes take out Chinese food containers, in a few days? This better be like 2 weeks worth of trash. It’s soo much plastic waste, it’s soo much unhealthy food. Like cmon

        [–]Iziama94 10 points11 points  (0 children)

While I don't drink that much soda, I'm often eating out a lot since I work 10 hours a day lately and don't have time or energy to cook for myself. So that much fast food, Chinese, and takeout in general wouldn't be hard for me to do. Except for the soda, I can't drink that much soda

        [–]dbx99 96 points97 points  (31 children)

        That man is a pig

        [–]danny_ish 44 points45 points  (1 child)

And i get it, connivence is king. But you can drink regular water, eat normal ish food at these places. I sometimes get a bags worth of trash on one trip. Sometimes it’s spread around like in the pic. But it’s never this much, and it’s emptied at any gas station near me that has a trash, which is all of them.

        [–]AsASloth 129 points130 points  (5 children)

Which is why I feel the need to raise the question-- OP, is your partner by chance a raccoon?

They're notorious for not respecting boundaries and hoarding of trash.

        [–]jesseberdinka 59 points60 points  (14 children)

How is that possible. They literally had to dirty the car after getting out of it?

        [–]kt-gd[S] 78 points79 points  (12 children)

Throws it all on the passenger side

        [–]jesseberdinka 58 points59 points  (7 children)

Whoops. Didn't see lack of steering wheel. Dumb American here. Lol.

        [–]ignored_GF 25 points26 points  (3 children)

My first thought was, "bullshit, that's the driver side so OP had to dump the trash in there to take this pic." Hello fellow dumb American.

        [–]hummingbird1969 1236 points1237 points  (41 children)

        10/10 would dump.

        [–]FalconFiveZeroNine 323 points324 points  (8 children)

And once your done with the trash, dump the partner too.

        [–]blueberryjuice- 122 points123 points  (1 child)

you meant to say once you’re done with the trash, clean the car too

        [–]NorCalNavyMike 228 points229 points  (9 children)

Time to get a new one.

(whether that be “car” or “partner,” we’ll leave to your good judgement)

        [–]NN_besomething_iWish 560 points561 points  (71 children)

Yea thats ridiculous. It reminds me of my old roommate. This guy borrowed his girlfriends car, and returned it in a state similar to this, and to top it off, she found a condom wrapper in the trash mix. She didnt say shit about it, but she told me.

Fast forward a few days, and its night time. I hear some bustling around in the kitchen so I go to see what is up. She is taking the microwave off of the counter and unplugging it. I looked, and she looked back and told me to go the fuck back in my room or she was going to fuck me up, so I did.... Then i heard the commotion. It turned out she took the microwave and slammed it on my roomates head while he was sleeping.

Respect other peoples shit. They might snap on you.

        [–]skyfure 280 points281 points  (5 children)

Damn out of all the impromptu weapons to be found in the kitchen she went straight for the microwave

        [–]ablablababla 59 points60 points  (0 children)

Yeah, fuck the knife, that's too weak

        [–]auwst94 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Even the glass plate on the inside would’ve done damage, but I guess go big or go home

        [–]angelacathead 80 points81 points  (1 child)

OP- Stay away from the microwave!

        [–]24nicebeans 63 points64 points  (2 children)

That was not where I thought this story was going

        [–]WisestAirBender 283 points284 points  (5 children)

I thought she was going to take her microwave and break-up or something

Attempted murder by slamming someone's head is overkill

        [–]Key-Ad7233 69 points70 points  (1 child)

He probably wearing his sleep helmet.

        [–]barbaramillicent 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Dude me too, I did not expect that turn of events lmao

        [–]willowbeef 41 points42 points  (0 children)

Damn what the fuck lol that’s some serious revenge.

        [–]tiredbitch 72 points73 points  (15 children)

        Ummmm, did he die?

        [–]VaguelyArtistic 183 points184 points  (6 children)

No, he was totally cooked on the outside but still raw on the inside.

Edit: Thanks for the giggle award!

        [–]serenwipiti 10 points11 points  (0 children)

🤦🏻‍♀️ Smh, all she had to do was take him out, turn him 1/4 clockwise and set him for another 30-60 seconds.

        [–]JonatasA 9 points10 points  (1 child)

Body was cold and hot at the same time.

        A Schrodinger's hotpocket.

        [–]ManteQuilla___ 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Fuck this one got me 🤣

        [–]NN_besomething_iWish 96 points97 points  (7 children)

Nah he was cool. He was bleeding nd shit but he was okay. I guess the fact that he was on a bed and head on a pillow cushioned the blow.

        [–]mrsbebe 15 points16 points  (0 children)

That went from 0-100 super fucking fast

        [–]NavyCobra1417 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It reminds me of my current roommates. I can't wait to move out at the end of the month cause I'm exhausted of spending 2 hours each day cleaning up after them.

        [–]IAmPiernik 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This is obviously an awful situation but I laughed.. the microwave?! Not the first blunt weapon in the kitchen I think of!

        [–]LabyrinthKate 31 points32 points  (9 children)

        Jesus. Did she kill him??

        [–]NN_besomething_iWish 51 points52 points  (8 children)

He was bloodied but he didnt die. His head was on a pillow and on the bed so i guess it cushioned the blow/blows.

        [–]youshantpass 56 points57 points  (4 children)

Goddamn imagine dying from a microwave beating

        [–]trixtopherduke 19 points20 points  (2 children)

Of all the kitchen appliances, I'd welcome a microwave over a blender. If I got to choose.

        [–]Nevrite 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Right? Yesterday Reddit asked about how you’d like to die…. Bet NOBODY said microwave beating

        [–]SV650rider 106 points107 points  (2 children)

        Time for a, "conscious uncoupling"?

        [–]Inch-Worm 35 points36 points  (1 child)

        is your partner a raccoon?

        [–]ToOldToBeOnRedit 728 points729 points  (49 children)

Looks to me like it’s time for you to get a new partner…

        [–]mikle21 129 points130 points  (1 child)

        You spelled "ex-partner" wrong.

        [–]BeeStasia99 28 points29 points  (1 child)

Red flags all over your car! What a d-bag.

        [–]PutridCardiologist36 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Business or life parter? Either way I'd be finding the exit plan

        [–]jjinjadubu 79 points80 points  (24 children)

        How's the breakup going?

        [–]TapeLabMiami 14 points15 points  (0 children)

        Your partner sucks

        [–]classless_classic 137 points138 points  (17 children)

He obviously has zero respect for you. He is a lazy person. Given that he drank that much in 2 days, he is unhealthy and wastes money.

I know nothing about you, but you can do better.

        [–]prplehailstorm 64 points65 points  (34 children)

He drinks an insane amount of liquid in two days

        [–]HardestTurdToSwallow 40 points41 points  (3 children)

Why are you dating this person lol

        [–]lovemaderare 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I’d never be with a person who disrespects me and my stuff this little.

        [–]Jjpiv 163 points164 points  (23 children)

The single use plastic in that mess is staggering. Buy your partner a reusable water bottle please

        [–]thisisthewell 95 points96 points  (10 children)

why is everyone telling OP to buy him a water bottle? I say this as someone who takes a water bottle with her everywhere, but come on...look at what those bottles are of. He doesn't drink water. He's just going to dump a bottle of pepsi in and toss the plastic bottle in the back seat.

        [–]dumbandconcerned 40 points41 points  (3 children)

Doubtful he’ll use it. Looks like all he drinks is soda.

        [–]User_492006 6 points7 points  (0 children)

He'll do the same thing with that.

        [–]gooberfaced 85 points86 points  (1 child)

        Make him clean that out.
If you accept that as is then you're nuts.

        [–]ForgingIronNOT UN-MINUS-ANTI-BLUE 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Why do so many people treat their cars like this

        [–]Sunshine_Operator 8 points9 points  (3 children)

Your partner is probably going to have a lot of dental problems in the future, too. That's a lot of sugary drinks.

        [–]RStormArch 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I see your partner is huge contributor to landfills.

        [–]tacobooc0m 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Unacceptable. And disrespectful tbh. What kinda person treats other peoples stuff so poorly

        [–]AZZMUNCHA81 26 points27 points  (31 children)

...I don't know what that Pump drink is, but he really seems to enjoy it...

        [–]kt-gd[S] 50 points51 points  (25 children)

Haha it’s just water. I told him recently he needs to drink more water but I didn’t expect it to come at a price

[–]PantyPixieIf I agreed with you we'd both be wrong. 35 points36 points  (1 child)

You need to show him this tread. He needs to recognize his behavior is gross.

        [–][deleted]  (1 child)

          [–]Glitter_Bee 79 points80 points  (22 children)

This is a huge red flag. Anyone who does this is more than just lazy; this is selfishness and a basic lack of respect and maturity.

          [–]QC1987 7 points8 points  (1 child)

          He's dumped now right?

          [–]lou_men 60 points61 points  (12 children)

No wonder the planet is drowning in plastic. Get a reusable bottle for your partner ASAP.

          [–]Karnakite 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Tried this with a former partner who was like this. He just kept losing the water bottles, leaving them at work and constantly forgetting them from that point forward, lending them to friends (even if they were actually mine, once he ran out of his own after losing and forgetting them) and never bothering getting them back, etc.

          [–]User_492006 8 points9 points  (1 child)

Not a chance he would use it.

          [–]giorgioc722 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'm kinda a messy person, but I would be incredibly embarrassed if my significant other let me use something of theirs and I gave it back in worse condition with no attempt to correct it.

          [–]dragonsbaneII 7 points8 points  (7 children)

Drive to their house and dump it

          [–]dragonsbaneII 14 points15 points  (6 children)

Wait never mind just be annoying and dump it on him

          [–]BrasicL1 6 points7 points  (1 child)

Looks to be a four Pump chump

          Edit: counted again
