Do not submit images that weren't created using blender. Especially if you're asking "how do I recreate this". If you have a question and need to include an image, do so as a link, not as the post image.
Don't insult people or their art, or say things that might upset people
If your render is remotely intended to be realistic, please include wireframe, viewport or clay render along with your post.
Offending posts may be removed without warning until proof is submitted.
Don't post a photograph and claim its a render. Post proof that it is a render (wireframe/ clay render) when requested.
Don't disguise your ad. If you are promoting product/service that is not fully free, use the "Non-free Product/Service" flair.
No plagiarism. If there is anything in your post that you did not make, you need to make it clear. This includes models, textures, HDRIs, etc. If you followed a tutorial, say so and please add a link!
Violating this rule will result in a lengthy ban.
No memes at all are allowed. Use r/blendermemes instead.
Funny renders, or recreations of memes or meme characters are allowed.
No pieces that were made by following a tutorial, especially donuts (use r/BlenderDoughnuts instead).
Please read the rules and the guide before posting! This helps ensure that your post will be appreciated.
If you notice someone has missed a rule, please kindly ask them to fix their post – or report it if you think a moderator should intervene.
Thanks & happy Blending!
We make 3D art here. If your blender can make smoothies, you're on the wrong subreddit :)
