Fanatec: All Things Sim Racing

HI,

Do you have the link where you can report Fanatec's incorrect behavior towards its customers to the EU?

The main problems are: 1. I do not deliver the material paid for 2. They don't cancel the order 3. for the refund you have to wait for them to ship and for you to send everything back. 1/2 months? folly 4. they don't respond to emails 5. they send the QR2 to Youtubers to advertise, but they don't deliver to those who pay

I invite everyone to report it, perhaps if there are many of us the EU will take this into consideration and perhaps fine Fanatec and arrange compensation for us
