I moved to Southwest Florida in 95 at the ripe age of 23 and remember the 96 run like it was yesterday. I latched on to the Panthers that year and never let go. All my buddies from NY were so salty that Beezer was our net minder. I can't believe that was 27 years ago. This franchise fell into an abyss for quite some time and I honestly didn't know if we would suffer the same fate as franchises like Atlanta but what a turn around. So proud of this group of players and our ownership and management for making the Florida Panthers an NHL contender again. The Panthers are here to stay! We have a beautiful arena in a beautiful location with outstanding fans that are getting thier reward for sticking it out. To all our newer fans......prepare to be spoiled. GO CATS! P.S.
