Give up walking? That's a horrible idea. Walking is the best exercise. Any benefit you get from a statin will be negated from removing walking from your routine.

It was a novel virus 3 years ago. Young, healthy people are not dying of covid and they're definitely not getting the bivalent vax. Less than 15% of those under 65 got the bivalent vax, which by the way, came out 9 months ago. If you got the bivalent, you are very much in the minority

Why don't you heat something up that you've already cooked when you get home instead of the fast food? Or bring a meal in a lunchbox? No reason you have to do fast food late at night. Make a big meal a 2-3 times a week and you have leftovers for the other nights.
