Actually think we should take the carabao a bit more seriously this year. City potentially have the CWC semifinal either the same day or the day after the Carabao QF so they’ll likely field a youth team like Klopp did a few years ago and get knocked out (assuming they beat Newcastle). Also only 10 PL teams will be in the competition by the end of today.

I’ve seen a new report on this like every 5 minutes and they’ve just been:
Rice’s back injury is not serious but the club want to make sure
Rice has discomfort in his back but it’s minor
Rice is not seriously injured guys yes he’s a bit uncomfortable but we’re just running tests
Guys yes we know you’re nervous about the back niggle but trust us we’re just making sure it’s nothing serious
