Actually the smaller venues appeal to me more because of the intimacy. But of course it doesn’t matter now because I couldn’t attend 😭 QMU doesn’t say sold out yet (just unavailable, unlike the others) so a part me hopes like a child. Anyway, yes, a larger tour would be better than none!

It’s great that they quickly sold out but it hurts missing the sale for just a few hours and not being able to buy tix
Got a question about going to uni in the UK? Want to find out more and speak to others about their course/uni? Former Sussex student here. No complaints except the obvious, which is the high cost of living that happens everywhere. I wish I went out more (I was there only for a year of masters) but I’m fond of the things I did there - going to the cinema, sitting by the beach, strolling, hanging out downtown, attending gigs, etc. Love the campus and generally nice people around.

Fk, I got mine (for Glasgow). FYI pitch standing total (incl. TM fees) is £87. Didn’t really give you enough time to think. Anyway, good luck, everyone!!!!! Keep trying!

He really didn’t say but I’m guessing it’s leaning towards the likely dreariness of the city and conservatism (I am queer). As opposed to Brighton which is more open and draws younger people. I am doing a PhD now at St Andrews - not exactly the most exciting place lol but I like it here because I am older now and no longer into socialising/crowds.

Hi. Fellow international student here who did MA Film Studies. I didn’t go to QUB but I was choosing between it and another university. During my scholarship interview, for some reason, one of the interviewers told me that basing on our conversation he couldn’t see me enjoying Belfast given the kind of place it is and he believed I would enjoy Brighton more (I went to Uni of Sussex). The programmes were equally good in my opinion. I went to Sussex and didn’t regret the choice. What I’m saying is look into the modules and at the same time consider the vibe of the place you’d be living in for a year. Brighton had two cinemas outside of the Odeon/Cineworld kind and a festival every year (pre-pandemic), so that was a plus for me and a good opportunity to meet people. Hope this helps.
Thank you! Hoping they’d release more tickets or someone sells theirs. Enjoy the gig in Warsaw!
Too bad there’s another concert I’m going to on her Glasgow dates 🥲
