Many friends have been to outdoor stadium shows where it was full on rain including U2s show with AF in Moncton and it was all rain and MUD and both bands played the entire time with no issues. It did clear up a bit during their sets. But other shows- where it was raining full show- bands kept playing. I would go!!!!
