I don’t think either of these (F2P/LT) are the jump that Kid A/amnesiac were artistically, but if we’re talking about a band that recorded 25(ish) songs and put them out in the span of a year and they are brilliant, then yes.
Kid A has always been superior to Amnesiac, but both are top tier RH. Amnesiac was never an afterthought like it was kinda thought of at the time.
Eucalyptus, tropic morning, new order t-shirt, weird goodbyes, smoke detector, space invaders, and deep end will be the ones that stick around and get played more often in the next few years. But I think we’re gonna see more deep cut setlists in the years to come, so most everything will pop up here and there.
I’ll Still Destroy You was a miss for me live, especially since it’s a top 3er from SWB for me.
Alien has been a highlight at every show I went to this year (and I saw the full debut of Space Invader at 1 of the same shows, so that says a lot)
Most likely. The digital is compressed from the master (Maybe if you bought the HD, it would be the same as the vinyl). The vinyl is most likely cut from the master. Also Ryan K Smith is a vinyl cutting legend, so its gonna sound its best.
