Yeah this is a weird narrative that has turned from “full frame is better if you typically shoot landscapes” into “nature can only be perceived below 50mm FF”. I personally love Jimmy Chin’s nature photography, much of which is shot with massive Canon telephotos (from helicopters), and having a comparable zoom in this tiny form factor is loads of fun
