The bosses are just there but I actually think the dungeons are integrated into the world really well. They're all tied into the cultures of their respective communities, each being essentially lost heritage sites that helped during past crises, which ties into the game's whole theme about the past and future working together

Ikan was #1 in spring 2022 PR. Plugwok/samtea is #1 on Fall 2022 PR, and I actually got it wrong, Ravenking is the current Chicago #1 on the winter 2023 PR (tho I think that's in part bcuz Plugwok didn't attend enough)

Plugwok is SamteaSilver. You might also know him as Yoomoo. He's the best player in Chicago, with wins on Scend, AK, and Ned, and he got 17th at Riptide 2021 and GOML 2022 as well as 33rd at SSC 2022.

This is true, but he also has losses to like Pacstreet, embo_z, and Kreeg this year. I think he can meet his Seed but I think he can also just lose to comet or even earlier.

Geist has been rlly good at regionals recently. Won The Gamble: Ante Up and Saturday Stadium 2: Battle within the last few months, as well as Chain Grab 2 yesterday (over IcyMist). Seed is still pretty high but I think I can see it.

I enjoyed it yeah. Miya showed rlly good counterplay, acola found a new approach, the game 5 stage pick was a headscratcher. Nothing spectacular but was a good watch.
